Privacy Policy

Last updated: 10 September 2026

This notice explains how Spartan Media SA handles personal information when you visit this website or contact us about our services.

Who to contact

For privacy enquiries, contact Spartan Media SA at admin@spartanmediasa.com or 082 879 7573, South Africa.

Information and purpose

When you enquire, we receive the name, email address, business name, phone number and message you choose to provide. We use these details to respond, understand requirements and discuss potential services. Name, email and a message are needed to respond meaningfully; other details are optional. Please do not include passwords, identity documents, financial records or sensitive customer information in an initial enquiry.

We process enquiries to take steps towards a possible business relationship and for our legitimate interest in answering requests. Where consent is required for another purpose, we will request it separately. Making an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Website technology and third parties

This website does not currently include advertising pixels or analytics scripts. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives connection information such as your IP address. Hosting and email providers may process technical information needed to operate their services. Links to Instagram and WhatsApp take you to services with their own privacy practices.

On the live site, enquiries are processed through Netlify Forms and forwarded through our email service. Netlify processes and stores submission details on our behalf to support delivery and spam protection. These providers may process information outside South Africa. In the local preview, online submissions are disabled.

Sharing and retention

Enquiries may be handled by people and service providers who need access to respond or provide agreed services. We do not sell enquiry details. We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to deal with the enquiry, manage a resulting relationship or meet applicable legal obligations. Overseas service providers may process information outside South Africa; any transfer must meet applicable data protection requirements.

Security

We aim to protect information with appropriate access controls and safeguards. No online transmission is completely secure. Contact us if you believe information has been exposed or misused.

Your rights under POPIA

You may ask to access or correct your information, object to processing, or request deletion where the law permits. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Contact us using the details above. You may also raise a complaint with South Africa’s Information Regulator.

Changes

We will update this notice when our website or information-handling practices change. The date above identifies the latest version.
